Mayor of Tokha Municipality Mr. Prakash Adhikari handed over the medical equipment to Chairman Mr. Hari Dharel during a handing over program on Tuesday, 25th January, 2022 at Tokha Municipality Office, Maijuhiti, Kathmandu. HRA secretariat and Municipality family was present on the program. The equipment include Butterfly Ultrasound Probes (2 sets), iPads (2 sets) for Ultrasound probes and its accessories. These equipment were purchased with the financial support from Tokha Municipality and HRA’s own resource jointly. These equipment are very much useful at HRA Aid-posts to provide medical services and to make the right diagnosis to needy patients in the mountains. These equipment will be used in Manang and Pheriche Aid-posts.
Chairman Mr. Dharel highlighted on the life saving activities of HRA has been carrying out since its inception and expressed sincere thanks to Tokha Municipality, Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Account Officer and entire Municipality Family for the generous support. Mayor Mr. Adhikari also expressed his gratitude to the humanitarian work carried out by HRA. Furthermore, Mayor Mr. Adhikari expressed his sincere thanks to be a part of its noble work in the mountain. He believed that more people will be benefited by these equipment and happy to be involved in the future projects.
