With great pleasure, we have hosted the esteemed diplomats from the embassies of Finland and Norway at the Himalayan Rescue Association secretariat Dhobichaur, Lazimpat, Kathmandu on 22nd February, 2024. HE Riina-Riikka Heikka, Ambassador from the Finnish Embassy, HE Torun Dramdal, Ambassador from the Norwegian Embassy, Mr. Mikke Kinnari, Deputy Head of Mission and Consul-Embassy of Finland, Ms. Elizabeth Wemberg, Head of Administration and Mr. Geir Grønflaten, Administrative Officer from the Norwegian Embassy graciously presented at the HRA.
We had great opportunity to showcase the vital work of HRA in the mountains of Nepal. HRA Secretariat Members, IP Chairman Mr. Hari Dharel, Former Chairman Mr. Bikram Neupane and Medical Director Dr. Buddha Basnyat were present at the program.
The Ambassadors from Finland and Norway embassies appreciated the work that HRA has been carrying out over the years.
